COnsidering all teh systems I worked with had outside motion controllers you would think that high performance on teh GUI side did not apply BUT it did.

I cannot see where realtime extensions ever helped the UI side.

All on the systems I've work on GUI's never mattered. Real time OS's are not written to graphical performance, you have inputs and outputs to a system which must be handled within specific time frame or bad things can happen. drawing pretty pictures jsut isn't important. that work is usually offloaded to subsystem to handle to the import work can be done. that's my experience

where nS matter. ;)

I think that is a UI built using QTPYVCP

the SCREEN is
qtpyvcp metric xyz
probe-basic
as of 2.9 worrking from install out of box
there is a python file to transform alredy existing INI HAL to this screen
