So, it seems it is a package installation.
Try running the following commands in a terminal one by one:
You can copy/paste them.
Code:
cd ~/linuxcnc/configs/pats_v2 rm configurator.py rm materialverter.py rm pmx_test.py rm -rf test rm -rf wizards ln -s /usr/share/doc/linuxcnc/examples/sample-configs/by_machine/plasmac/configurator.py ln -s /usr/share/doc/linuxcnc/examples/sample-configs/by_machine/plasmac/materialverter.py ln -s /usr/share/doc/linuxcnc/examples/sample-configs/by_machine/plasmac/pmx_test.py ln -s /usr/share/doc/linuxcnc/examples/sample-configs/by_machine/plasmac/test ln -s /usr/share/doc/linuxcnc/examples/sample-configs/by_machine/plasmac/wizards

It wasn’t until very recently that I learned how to paste in a Linux terminal window without right clicking the mouse:

ctrl+shift+v

I learned in the DOS days

Similarly in Linux going back one directory is “CD ..” and not “CD..”

It’s the little things :)

I'll have to try that in the morning. Need to drive to my dad's and check up on him.
Thanks

At a guess, you need to find the file M190 (however Phill does it) and change the permissions to execute on it as well.
