Is the config you posted (which did have HOME_SEQUENCE = -2 for joints 1 and 2) here: forum.linuxcnc.org/plasma-laser/45302-th...sable?start=0#236696 still the same?
If not, can you post your latest config?
Otherwise, it's hard for me to understand what's going on. Like I said, video or something might help.

Actually, before I had a single limit switch and it worked fine, but now that I want to quadrature the machine, I put another limit switch which brought me that problem:When returning home, a motor goes to the Switch and activates it, but it returns and does not allow the other to activate the other switch, which is wrong because it should wait for both to be activated.
Is there any order for the limit switches to be activated or not?

Maybe something got lost in the translation, but from what and how he explained the problem, i can bet my life he has the switches crossed.
They can be changed in hal just by changing the input pin number.

You aren't really helping us help you.
Tommy suggested you make sure your joint 1 home switch corresponds with your joint 1 motor and that your joint 2 home switch corresponds with your joint 2 motor. Have you done that?

Sorry for my translation is very bad and also if I don't explain myself, now I'm going to change the order of the endstops and I'll be reporting my problem, thanks for your help.

Well that was the problem, the limit switch was changed so I changed the order and now it is back home and behaving fine, now I am going to square the machine and wanted to know if it is varying by trial and error. Home offset or is there a more accurate way to do it, thanks.

You have two choices previously described in this thread:
Tommy's suggestion:
forum.linuxcnc.org/plasma-laser/45302-th...able?start=10#237680
My suggestion:
forum.linuxcnc.org/plasma-laser/45302-th...able?start=10#236862
Either will get you there. Currently it requires trial and error either way.
You will have to restart linuxcnc between INI file edits.
