Something weird happening here, while I am replying I can see the attachments in your original post and when I am reading they do not appear...

I can't see your ini file, your machine hal file or your connections hal file.

Is the THC Enabled LED on in LinuxCNC?

With everything running, put the Proma into test mode and see if the THC Up and Down LED's on LinuxCNC light when they should.

Yes, something strange happens to me too, I attach the files and the names appear as text, not as attachments.
The THC ENABLED LED is on when it starts cutting.
I have performed the test with the THC in test mode, and the UP / DWN LEDs work just as the motor is moving in the right direction, I will continue testing different values.

Is the THC Velocity light on all the time?

What F word value is in your GCode file to set the velocity?

Yes, the led is always on.
Is a fixed value like this F1500.
Always I have tu use F#<_hal[plasmac.cut-feed-rate]>?

PlasmaC use Cut Feed Rate as the threshold speed for THC Velocity Hold.

Your CutFeed Rate is set to 2000 and your VAD Threshold is 60%

So anything less than F1200 (2000 x 0.6) would cause the THC Velocity Lock to turn on and anything more should be ok.

1500 should have worked OK.

Make sure you have Feed Override set to 100% as well.

Can you try with F#<_hal[plasmac.cut-feed-rate]> and see what happens.

Using the HAL FEED RATE Variable, the THC was not blocked. Perfect I understood, I can use direct values in the FEED RATE, always taking care of the relationship between VAD and FEED RATE, or failing to use the hal variable, thank you very much Phill.
