If you think it is OK, I can push it tomorrow and you can have a play and see what I got wrong or what may look better.

Where does that normally live, I just opened a basic Axis sim and couldn't see it...

Under the homing section in Axis. It needs to have hardware limits set for it to show.

Another thing i noticed today while cutting air, lots of it, the cut distance is not the same as in file properties, there is quite a distance difference, see screenshot.

That is for the part below, it sure looks like over 58 meters, as 12 would be enough to go over the outline! :)

Not a deal breaker in any way shape or form. And BTW, notice the probe time ! :pinch:
Or is it just for what is done with the torch enabled ?
I have it disabled as i have no plasma source for now. :(
Thank you for everything.

Never mind the last post, a "duh" or just getting old. Or might be putting 15 to 19 hours days including Sundays is getting to me ! :)
That was the job already done as i had it stop before finishing the job, so it is correctly counting the distance.
On a brighter side of things, i have it running for two days without a single hitch, cutting air.
I might just convince myself to build a plasma cutter source transformer thingy or modify two broken ones i have here, none repairable.
Geez, not enough time......

Sorry Phill, been jumpy lately, for such a quiet time in history i am having way to much to do and arrange and .......
Yeah, fun times having to think "did i touch the parts that i just got from town with the right or the left hand, oh well, wash everything !! ", by now i have 4 separate sections in the shop to quarantine stuff that "might be infected", etc etc.
All this is just a very small part of the day, but despite all, i am genuinely enjoying this time as i can work without distractions, i can take my time to clean and prepare stuff, even chamfering and de-burring has become obligatory for everything ! :)
3AM, still working doing some scripting and testing for those quick and easy installs for Mint and Debian and Ubuntu.
...........zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....................

I just pushed this work. To enable portrait mode put the following in the [PLASMAC] section of the ini file:
AXIS_ORIENT = portrait

I fixed the ignore limits thingy as well.
