How do I hook up the up and down of my THC to my BOB?

For my ohmic probe I hooked up the ground and pin 15. pin 15 is inverted. For the THC I have optoisolators that output 5v. I measure 12v across P12(down) to ground and P11(up) to ground. I'm a little lost with this info. I can't exactly use relays because I think that would be to slow.
The optos are 6n138m.
It's not as simple as sending 5v into the BOB, is it?
Are P12 and P11 supposed to be inverted?
Just in case its relevant my THC is an Arduino running code from swolebro on youtube.

The inputs need to pulled to ground to operate, if you used the same type of optos as here github.com/swolebro/swolebro-youtube/blo...rduino-thc/schem.pdf you could connect J2-P1 to BOB-Gnd, J1-P2 to BOB-P11 and J2P3 to BOB-12.
