Hi. i have fresh install and i used the plasmac user guide to install it.

Linux linuxcnc 4.9.0-8-rt-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT RT Debian 4.9.110-3+deb9u6 (2018-10-08) x86_64 GNU/Linux

I can from sample configurations create desktop shortcuts or open without shortcuts different configurations but when i try plasmac i get this error
-
LINUXCNC - 2.8.0-pre1-6041-gb8805cef3

im just playing around, checking GUIs to choose the one i like...i managed to install QT to play with QT GUIs (i receive message error about missing QT)
What i need to do to fix it and get plasmac simulation run? thanks

I can see what the problem is, I did a recent tidy up of the directory structure and I didn't test the sim configs from a Buildbot install. I will work on it and see what I have to do.
In the meantime if you want to get started you could do a run in place install and that will work fine.

I have just pushed the fixes for this. When the Buildbot updates it should be good to go.
