I don't use the F360 PP but when I read the post processor file, There are comments to say the small hole section has been reverted to normal
.
It appears that it is only used for centerpunching. I can't see from the code that it will ever use a small hole for anything other than a centrepunch.My guess is if you have not set up your environment correctly, you may get some problems.

If you look at the gcode produced, it reduces feed rate to 60%, does an arc leadin, does the hole then does a torch off overcut for 4mm then resets the feed rate to 100% and re-enables the torch.

I pushed an update so now the G-Code filter changes the material if it sees a material change so that should fix the radius error.
