Hi,
I'm trying to set up probe proces on machine but without success.
I have pneumatic cylinder witch probe contact and I need...
Move probe (nozzle) to X Y location.
eject probe with pneumatic cylinder to probe position.
go down Z axis until probe triggers.
Slowly raise Z axis to find top of material.
pull up pneumatic cylinder (probe contact).
wait for probe contact is up.
set pierce height (go down because probe contact is longer than nozzle)
cut
...
I need somethink like probe-out for detecting request for probe and probe-finished to tell mashine that can start move.
Is it possible to do with plasmac?
Thanks Martin
