I want to thank all the programmers and developers for the work they put in building this great plasma cutting package. I spent the last year (what else ya gonna do) building and programming and tweaking my table. My daughter, son and I made a bunch of gifts for family and friends on my table before the holidays, They were impressed. I've also got big plans to use my table to cut out gantry parts for my new router table. LOVE open source. Thanks again and happy New Year.

A few tips on saving $.
My bed is 1.5" steel wall studs - very cheap and easy to replace. Can get them in a variety of widths.
Harbor Freight dust collector hooked up as exhaust to 4" hose and 4" ducting that moves with the gantry.
2" square tube is pretty cheap and sturdy. In Wisconsin 20' stick is $40. Perfect for gantry.

It would be awesome to see more pics of your downdraft below the table. I often thought of doing something like that.

Some Pics of the downdraft fume collector. It does seem to work pretty well. I have one more output left. I will use it drive a relay that turns on the fan and map it to the coolant mist command.
