Hi I am new to Linuxcnc plasma and am having trouble activating the torch relay. This is my Hall and Ini setup in case you can see if there is something wrong. Thanks.

Moved to QtPlasmaC.
Your hal file has no pins for anything required for QtPlasmaC, so give us all the info and start by reading the docs:

Read the docs it has a section on getting qtplasmac:
linuxcnc.org/docs/devel/html/plasma/qtplasmac.html
For starters, you need to be on 2.9.

The headers from your posted .ini and .hal files suggests otherwise...

I already saw it. But I assure you that I am running 2.9. That could be happening?

You did not enter any pins in Pncconf, it will need the torch on pin, float switch or ohmic pin, encoder or up/down pin, and/or arcok pin.

Start halshow and bring up torch-on signal and see if it comes on in software. That will determine if it is hardware or software.
If the light is coming on and you get no relay then check your wiring and make sure your relay is on the correct pin.
torch-on is a fundamental core feature of a plasma machine. I highly doubt it is not working unless you have a misconfiguration or a wiring problem.
Are you enabling the torch in the gui? That you have to manually turn on or you get no torch.

While you're looking at halshow, look at the main program window header, and note the version of linuxcnc.
