QTPlasmaC Extension - Operator Cues

I've got an idea for an extension and I wanted to bounce it off you guys to see if it's worth implementing or if anyone else thinks they would find use for it.

The idea is that anytime we change tools/materials qtplasmac would be smart enough to know if we should swap out consumables or manually change machine settings.

The <machine_name>_material.cfg file already has variables for amps, gas pressure, and cut mode for each material/tool. I'd propose also adding variables for different types of consumables.

When ever M190 is called it can launch this extension. The extension will compare the material settings in the material file for the last material loaded against the current material that it's loading. If there are any differences in machine settings or consumables it will show a window cueing the operator to setup the machine before proceeding.
