You did not provide enough info for us to be able to reply, and the info you provided is contradictory.
Arc voltage use for THC is not used for material sensing. Mode 0 is used for THC only.
You need two of THCAD if you want to use HyperSensing.
If you are saying that the arc voltage os not shown/used while cutting, that we can easily fix if hal is counting encoder.00.velocity.
Since you are using a BOB, first thing to do is set the THCAD to 1/128 via jumper, then set the scale and offset in QtPlasmaC accordingly.
Also make sure you choose arc voltage in PncConf for the encoder.
