I was waiting for a backup of your confing (linuxcnc.org/docs/devel/html/plasma/qtpl...c.html#plasma:backup). The hal and ini files don't really tell the whole story here.

It would also be helpful if you could upload the gcode for whatever it is you are trying to cut. There are plenty of g-code related things that if inadvertently set incorrectly can cause you grief as well.
