lost arc delay was created by beauxnez
Good morning
, I can't get my plasma table to work with THC,
I set setp plasmac.arc-lost-delay to 0.5, still the same problem,
arc output ok (plasma), with/without resistance, arc output ok (thc) with a switch, with a reed same arc-lost problem
the only configuration that changes in the custom.hal is:
step db arc- ok delay 10
the more I increase the delay, the more I can extend the cutting time

When the torch is cutting do you get Arc OK signal? If you try to use arc ok ignore to test, and monitor the Arc OK hal pin or in the GUI, if not check the hal connections to the reed relay.

Sounds like you have not got a vald arc ok signal.
Stop until you can see an arc ok signal in halshow from your reed switch
The qtplasmac docs have a section on this

hello
the solution is to invert the input of pin 10 (arc ok)
all this wasted time for not much
Thank you for taking the time to respond

Uncheck "view material" or similar on the settings page and restart LinuxCNC.

Thank you, I read it in the qtplasmac repository but with the translation it doesn't mean anything
