qtplasmac "torch not showing" was created by Altenthaler1988
Hallo! Ich will mir einen Plasmaschneider Bauen und bin noch ganz neu in linux unterwegs. Ich habe mal ein test setup mit einem Thinkcenter, 7i96s und thcad 300 erstellt. Ich denke das ich alles schon gut konfiguriert habe. habe auch testweise einen schrittmotor angeschlossen was sich auch mit der richtigen umdrehung dreht. Das einzige was mich daran stört, in allen videos die ich finde wird die Brennerposition angezeigt und bei mir nicht. hätte da einer eine erklärung/lösung dafür? ist aber nur in QTplasmac. Wenn ich die GUI Axis nehme dann sehe ich die position. hoffe das es nur an einer kleinen einstellung liegt
Installiert habe ich es nach Talla83 von Youtube

Habe den PC heute noch mal neu aufgesetzt und wieder das gleiche ergebnis hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. Habe mir nicht anders zu helfen gewust so das ich auf youtube hochgeladen habe und die links eingefügt habe.
Kann den gcode einfügen und die maschine arbeitet auch wenn ich den float switch immer per Brücke betätige nur eben mir fehlt die visualisierung

ich weis habs nur ausprobiert weil man den jitter ermitteln soll. ich habe schon viel ausprobiert aber nichts hilft.
was ich noch probieren werde eine ältere als 2.9.2 zu installieren

Habs mit 2.9.1 ausprobiert und passiert genau das selbe.
Mit 2.8.4 ist qtplasmac noch nicht inbegriffen.

Starte deine Konfiguration von einem Terminal und schau mal ob Du Fehlermeldungen im Terminaloutput findest:
$ linuxcnc
$ linuxcnc

Schaut nicht so aus so das eine fehlermeldung kommt. Muss mann noch etwas installieren als die nackte Linux cnc?
Es ist gerade noch die 2.9.1 drauf vom versuch nur zur info.
Ich habe es wie Talla83 gemacht. Linuxcnc auf usb stick dann als uefi grafisch installiert und dann die mesa Karte mit PNconig Konfuguriert.
Anpingen kann ich sie auch das sieht man im obigen video.

Ich sehe nur den output vom startup der Konfiguration.
Interessant wäre zu sehen ob Fehlermeldungen ausgegeben werden wenn der ToolCone im preview verschwindet.
