Hello, I had some experiance with creating postrpocessor for 5 axis PowerMill 2017 a year ago.
I worked in such way:
I found default postprocessor for 5 axis in internet and changed it correspondly to my porposes.
As for now I don't have such Posts because I'm in business trip and not near my PC.

I suppose that PowerMill developers should help you to creat post for your machine if you buy this program

Now I haven't such possibility because I'm in buisiness trip. An I will be here aprox. a month.
As I said, I found 5-axis post in internet.
But before you start to change your post, you need to make your virtual cnc machine for PowerMill. PostProc takes all needed information from this machine to work.

What exactly do you need to write?
1) You need to make virtual model of your cnc machine and to adjust all axes.
2) You need to import (connect) your model to postprocessor and to modify post for your special cases.
Then your can work with it and to make G-codes.
Posts for mach3 also suitable.

i did not find any Machine in the Installation of Powermill
This is my Problem I got all Axis connected Parts Separated and Downgrated to get a Sharp clear
Machine Model
i did add the STL files here
if i setup a machine / RENAME from a Example it ads about 100files pmlet and a MDdata folder
there is a File that seams to hold the geometry as a XML but no guide or info on how this is syntaxed

From your last messege I understood that you are know nothing about PowerMill post processors and their machines.
Also I know nothing about your problem and your machine, except that you need 5axis post.
Try to read PowerMill documentation to understend right way:
MTD user guide
Build Robot simulation in Powermill
PS
PowerMill doesn't work with stl-files, only *.dmt
