Probe Basic, error after reinstallation

did you try with the decimal points removed?

i downloaded and changed the name to testfile.ngc and it loaded fine no issues!

 

Just a guess, What is your computer name? do you have any special character in the file path?

i don't have any special characters or anything else in my computer name. no matter which nc file I load, the error comes. the installation was carried out as follows:

kcjengr.github.io/probe_basic/quick_start.html

however, i will reinstall the pc again. At this point, thank you very much again for your help

I have a doubt, I would like to use the Probe Basic on a Rasbarry PI4 is it possible it runs 100%?
