Can you tell me which sequence PB should follow to assume that the Tool has been stored in the carousel? What is the step-by-step order to make that happen?

you can follow the toolchange.ngc flow and it states where the tool is recorded in the process, you can use a text editor to open the subroutine folder and have all files available to open side by side to see when the main subroutine toolchange.ngc calls the M10-M26 macros and the returns for each of those macros. that is the best way to get a working understanding of the tool change sequence and to edit/add/remove any things not pertinent to your machine setup.
