I would change the 5V power supply powering the Mesa 7i76E board, find a really good one.

The actual error is this
/home/cnc/linuxcnc/configs/ProbeBasic/custom_postgui.hal:6: Pin 'halui.axis.z.minus' was already linked to signal 'jog-z-neg'
Which is a hal error
Also you have a watchdog bite which means a real time issue on the host PC that needs to be resolved
