The plates were not very flat, so facing them with the fly cutter and start the final assembly.

Continue with the final assembly and start by dealing with a stuck tapered pin.

Finally starting to use it. If you haven't followed this series, the last five minutes may be worthwhile watching anyway.

Do you want one of these castings?

bodgesoc.blogspot.com/2017/05/harmonic.html

I think I have one left.

Andy, I might be interested in your remaining casting for a FHA-25. I have a few questions. I sent you a PM on CNCZone.

Yes, worthwhile checking alternatives to build from steel plates, it is a lot of work...

I thought I was ready with the rotary axis, but there was some work needed in Fusion 360 to get the rotary axis well supported. As usual, I made a video about that.

The fixed Fusion 360 post processor for my A axis and inverse time feed mode is attached. For linuxcnc of course. You can see it in action in the video. The G-code runs directly, without any hand-editing or such things.

History:
25 November 2018: The version in the video
28 November 2018: Changed tcp on line 585 to false. Affected paths at tool position angle <> 0
29 November 2018: Added G94 to canned cycles

Here is a shared link to the Fusion 360 model of the harmonic drive housing being built in this video series: a360.co/2r4Xv3s
Due to the rework needed, it is not in the best conditions. If you use it, you better check that all dimensions are what you need.
