My TOS MCV 1000 machining center Retrofit with Siemens 611

Exactly, all you have said, makes a lot of sense. I have checked the manual and it makes sense too. I didn’t have 64 connected

When I have all others connected, I have a green light. The moment I connect 64, the green light disappears and no yellow light

sorry I had to look it up how I got my simodrive wired and I think I forgot about terminal 48 on the left side it also need to be connected to terminal 9,
there is a flowchart for start-up in the pdf I linked earlier
 

Finally got the yellow light!!! The motor has moved. Besides 48 to 9, and 112 to 9, I forgot I should close the relay between NS1 and NS2. When you read the last pages of the manual you sent it all makes sense haha.

Now it’s time for tuning the analog/encoder scales and getting the spindle to run, which I assume will be harder.
