New Vismach Simulation Model

I am trying to develop a new model of 5 DOF Manipulator in vismach simulator, now I have the parts of the robotic arm in *.obj files. And I have some doubts:

1. I did the parts in millimeters, but the PUMA configuration is in inch, how I can modify the parameter? In the *.INI file, só?
2. What is the right structure code for generate a simulation interface?
3. Also the sites:

I did read it but it isn't working, I am missing a lot of things so it doesn't work so I just need a mentor to help me, that's it.
