Ok I really searched for the correct therm for this 5 axis configuration but only found that its called NUTATING head.

So its CA head , C is rotating around Z at an offset and A is tilted less than 45 degrees (we need to measure this angle)

Any suggestions where to start with kinematics?

Its something like this

How good is your 3D trigonometry? It seems that it shouldn't be too hard to calculate the tilted axis direction, then calculate the tool direction from that. The main choice would be about choosing a coordinate system reprentation you are comfortable with (spherical coordinates, direction cosines, vectors) and then deciding how to manipulate the numbers (sine / cosine geometry, rotation vectors...)

Which CAM system? You might be better asking on the dedicated forums.

Alphacam and the re seller ask me a price for the post processor out of my budget

I suspect that if the Alphacam post-processor isn't documented by AlphaCAM then you will have to work it out by inspecting the existing post-processor code.

Perhaps you need to use something other than Alphacam?

This is the picture of real head, friend and I are close to finding the right calculations, after that I will measure the rotational offset and the incline angle of the head as its not exactly 45 degrees
