They do not get allocated to G-code axis letters.

Yes, in that they can be part of the homing scheme. I am not sure if joint limits are checked.and on ini file extra_joints can be declared as normal joint?

And in your opinion can test with axis gui these: jog/send command with simple_tp to extrajoint.1 and run an MDI with axis.x/joint.0 at same time.
Or in axis gui is not permittet, as with normal joint?
Plus extrajoint have pin for jogging (because not see on manual html)? or only can send value of new position with simple_tp?
