There was a fairly recent PB update in response to various requests (including mine) to make disabling keyboard jogging easier.
To enable keyboard jogging, you'll need to edit your INI file. Specifically:
[DISPLAY]
KEYBOARD_JOG = 1
If that doesn't fix it report back and we dig in to it a bit more.

It took me quite a bit longer than I expected to find this behavior change.
At least I know who to blame for why my keyboard jogging wasn't working now that I updated QtPyVCP/Probe Basic.
I don't think it's a bad change, I just wish it made it into documentation somewhere as I spent a couple hours trying to figure this out - or alternatively it was an explicit disable instead of an explicit enable as it removes existing functionality.
