P1 expansion port

I haven't implemented any buffer yet, and the pin is not connected to the stepper motor driver.

However, I find it perplexing that I consistently observe 5 volts on pin IO41 without any variation, even when jogging the B-axis in both positive and negative directions. Interestingly, the indicator on 'hm2_7i96s.0.gpio.041.in' in HalShow toggles on and off as I jog in the positive or negative direction.

As mentioned earlier, I specifically adjusted the step generator number for the B-axis for testing purposes, as shown in the picture of my Hal file that I previously sent. I have resent it for your reference.
Do you recommend making any additional changes in other Hal files?
 

I assigned Joint 0 for the X-axis, Joint 1 for the Y-axis, Joint 2 for the Z-axis, Joint 3 for the A-axis, and Joint 4 for the B-axis. I have attached my Hal file for your reference.

stepgen 9 set to velocity mode, enabled and maxaccel set to 1000
(so direction changes will be quick)

Set commanded velocity to a negative value:
Stepgen 9 DIR (DB25 pin 17 = HDR26 pin 8) is high

Set commanded velocity to a positive value:
Stepgen 9 DIR (DB25 pin 17 = HDR26 pin 8) is low

Thank you very much. My problem has been resolved; I discovered that I used the wrong pin. Your hint helped me realize that I had connected the wire to the incorrect pin.
