I closed all windows, just run stepconf either from Terminal,or direct from app menu, and as consequence, I am NOT able to test the speed and acc again. No messages, simple any action from keyboard, or via mouse, does not move machine. Any advise?

I disconnected ''enable'' connection from controller and drivers, and started to work. However, although I set the speed, and save it in step config, in the *.ini file the speed on some axis has been reduced and for some, was correct, consequently I had to open the *.ini file and manually adjust the speed accordingly.
I any reason why?
Thank you.
