Did you set PlasmaC to Mode 2 ?
Uploading the config folder might help, so on the "config" tab click on "backup" and upload the resulting file.

Hi Tommy,
ok, thanks, i upload the config ...just moment
btw... i try cut without THC (ignore arc OK) .... and on the THC is 623V !!!!
I use this Plasma machine : magnum-pro.pl/welding/plasma-cutters/pla...-s-plasma-85cnc.html
(www.expondo.de/stamos-selection-b-ware-c...lotzuendung-20020079)
I connected the THC via 1:50 divider to CNC connector (pin 3 + 4) on plasma cutter. I thinked, that the CNC connector is for voltage divider ...

Ahoj pane,
Some things seem way off:
Proma THC150 does not need a voltage divider
Getting over 600V on the THC got me baffled as there is no way it can show such high values that i can think of
One more thing i noticed on your pictures, the ARCOK is ON all the time, so invert it in the xxxxxxx.connections.hal file by adding or removing -not from the pin name.

Forget the ARCOK thing, that might be from THC in test mode.

Z axis won't move up or down unless you are cutting.
If you want to check if the up/down signals are getting from the Proma to plasmac then watch the following two pins:
plasmac.move_up
plasmac.move_down

Thanks, Phillc54 , yes, that works (both signals works in test mode of PROMA)

Ok, i am back.
1) i tried set the PROMA THC voltage, but the voltage is very float (from 144 - 200V). If use 1mm think steel plate, then voltage is 162 - 164 V.
I set this voltage (163 V) to PROMA and start cutting ... "VAD lock" is active many times .... sometimes I see THC moving up or down ... and in many cases I have an error "program paused - float switch is active "or" ARC is not valid "..... only sometimes is the cut completed
In PROMA i have HYS 4V (+-2V), DELAY 0.5 and High voltage 200V.
2) i bought the Sheetcam software + post processor "EMC Plasma" , but in LinuxCNC i have problem with upload code (errors on line 6 and 11), what is please wrong ?
3) if i cut the square, than the dimensions of this are OK, but if i try cut circle, then the dimensions are very bad. What is wrong ?
