Test the parallel port using the port tester without connecting it to anything, use a short piece of wire inserted in pins 10, 11, 12, 13, 15 and touch the port metal with the other side of the wire.
Check the GND wire for the limit switches if there is no BOB,
Check the GND and +5V for the BOB and limit switches if using a normal BOB,
Check the 5V and 12V if using a Mach3 BOB with the blue relay,
Check the GND wire for the limit switches if there is no BOB,
Check the GND and +5V for the BOB and limit switches if using a normal BOB,
Check the 5V and 12V if using a Mach3 BOB with the blue relay,

Disconnected everything. When use parallel port tester 0x378 all red, no any feedback while testing with wire. Choosing 0x278, all green (except 11 - still red) no changing lights while testing with the wire?

In addition, checking 'dmesg | grep par, it is 0x378, irq5 (PCSPP) on board?

This is a bit strange.
If you load the parport from the command line is there any clue?
