"set the CPU min and max frequencies" they should be the same number/value since you don't want the speeds changing over temperature or load since this introduces latency spikes.
Does Armbian warn the user in big red letters about the 5-10 minute first boot "stuck" time?

Hi,
I've followed the first boot process after the update/upgrade/install process. It does come to the resize and has an asterisk (iirc) going back and forth between the [ and ]. It finishes quick enough and continues. I'll watch again and see if it gives any specific information that might be useful before it continues the process.
Thanks.

Hi, The resize did happen in the initial deployment of the armbian system right after the putting the uSD in the OrangePi after running the Raspberry Pi Imager (v1.7.3), and I found no problems there. It was rather quick as well (20 to 30seconds perhaps). It always stop with:
ALERT! UUID...... does not exist. Dropping to shell!
(initramfs)
but from there is is dead on both the debug UART and the USB/HDMI interface.

I did everything a week ago according to the instructions using OPI
PC, Armbian_21.02.1_Orangepipc_buster_current_5.10.12_desktop.img, 2 attempts were not successful, after a reboot there were no responses from the board, but for some reason everything worked for the third time, I made a copy of the SD (15.5GB vhd) and continued setting up. If you have a place - I can upload it and write the username and password for root and cnc.
