Thanks for your support.
I figured out issue number 2, then disk is not detected during setup.
That was a random old disk from a pile and it had some metadata in partition table that relate it was use in raid at some point, even the fact that there was Windows installed afterward did not make a difference.
I did erased partition table and it detected during install!
I run udevadm info /dev/sda to get some clues
It was showing
ID_FS_TYPE ddf_raid_member

Does that version work with MESA electronics cards?
