I was not sure when i told you to get the 6600 graphic card as i do not follow much of it, i am glad i was right!
This is against a 3050, a much, much better than the 1650 you were looking at, and still the 6600 wins by a large margin.

The AMD Radeon RX 6600 is a beast to say the least and I'm happy so far with it... maybe I need to start playing games in the morning with my coffee instead of programming...

Just for comparison. No BIOS tweaks on Sid.
ASUS TUF B450M-PLUS Gaming MB
We have a newer RT kernel and with the BIOS settings and isolcpus the same hardware is at 33uS worst case on the base thread. Will post a pic later.
Same ASUS TUF B450M-PLUS Gaming MB with same kernel as above but with isolcpus=1,2,3

I think I'll try Debian unstable in the morning. I have a PCIe NIC installed so that's not an issue like it was before.
Did you install Debian 11 then change the apt sources to point to unstable?

Yes, I have installed from Deb11 and then changed the sources to unstable.
The big difference in the latency numbers for the Ryzen system above is with and without the use of isolcpus. Using isolcpus reduced jitter by 3-4x.

I installed Debian 11.4 and it doesn't recognize the video card so stuck at 800x600.
Upgrading to unstable to see what I get.

You can install the AMD drivers for it, it is easy as they provide them in full and the process is streamlined a lot.
