Im having huge trouble with my cnc lathe:
Hyundai 18s hit on sinumerik 840c simodrive 611
Lot of plc problems etc im wondering what is The cost of retrofiting it to linuxcnc can i use old parts like main motor or servos? Is it hard to make machine and set it good with tailstock and turret?

From my experiance, retrofiting to linuxcnc is the best decision if looking on price. Also it very quailty and functional. You can leave old drives and connect linuxcnc to them. You need to study manual to your servos at first and to see what signals they are controlled. You can configure turret and tailstok also.

So looks like those drives take a 10V Signal that would certainly be possible with a Mesa board do you know what kind of encoders are used?

Probably. I guess they feed into the drives but I'm not sure. Do you have schematics for the wiring of the machine?
