I got my lathe to cut this part today and everything went smoothly without any issues. So I'm excited and very relieved that my machine didn't crash or anything like that, especially since this is my first ever CNC made part. I used the pause button several times during the program to remove long strings of chips.
The aluminum bar stock is 3/8" (9.5mm) diameter. And here is picture once it's done:

I did push a change recently that may fix this. It's probably a long shot, but it might be worth a shot as well. If you wouldnt mind updating and turning the material preview back on and testing in your travels, that would be appreciated.

Any idea why the tool and the tool path disappear from the view as soon as the mouse is over it and is never shown again until restarting the software, and then it disappears again??
