WOW I actually have a moving configuration now. Still more work to do but any testing and feedback is appreciated. Still need to program the I/O pins and other things but it moves!

I finished the inverts for the parallel port inputs and outputs and actually think it will make a basic working configuration now. If someone can test that would be great!
