If you use the latest version of mesaflash, it will report the correct TB1,TB2,TB3 pinouts:

I had Mesaflash version 3.4.0~pre1
Now on Mesaflash version 3.4.0

great to hear its working. but how did you endup conecting the 7i84 to the 7i96?
