So cool. I reduced now all the functionallity to the toolchange.ngc file and deleted all the stuff around. Looks good.
What is left: The routine to store new tool in the carousel. What is the "logical" (step by step) procedure for that?

I think that you would load the tools and edit the tool table to match.

Ok. Yes, seems to be the most practical way. I delete all the unecessary Buttons from the probe_basic screen.
Should I post my actual ini, hal and regarding ngc files? Maybe it's helpful for other dealing with the same issues?

I don't know probe_basic, so wouldn't know if there are buttons that are not required or not.
It is possible that it has carousel handling built-in (but I don't consider that the job of a GUI, fwiw)
