I am moving in the Y axis. but the screen shows the Z axis
Axis X = hm2_7i92.0.encoder.00
Axis Y = hm2_7i92.0.encoder.01
AxisZ = hm2_7i92.0.encoder.02

When I change the configuration being still connected to the same motor cable
I am moving in the Y axis. But the screen shows the X and Y axis at the same time.
Axis X = hm2_7i92.0.encoder.03
Axis Y = hm2_7i92.0.encoder.02
AxisZ = hm2_7i92.0.encoder.04

***Please note that this internal wiring works, just replace the old 7i92.***

Sounds like either:

1. Wrong firmware
2. Bad cable
3. damaged 7I92

I also see on the video that line 74 appear to be wrong:
74 net x-index-enable joint.0.index-enable <==> hm2_7i92.0.encoder.03. (remaining characters are not visible)
(First video since the other have different settings, which make me think that you should maybe focus on a single configuration as this is very confusing to help with many different configurations)

So you are saying that the encoders behave differently on the old 7I92 and the new 7I92
when you do _nothing_ but swap 7I92 cards?

I would request an RMA from Mesa, and return the cards for evaluation/repair/replacement
