Recuperei a minha dessa forma.
Com o cabo jtag.
Instalei um  .bit errada e a placa travou , depois o vendedor forneceu o .bit correto e usei o jtag para recuperar a placa.
Estou com 3 modelos de placas aqui, todas funcionam muito bem.

@leandrocontarini Could you share the bit files you are using?

The "error finishing read" has nothing to do with jitter or ping time.
In short, this means network conntroller works well, but breaks connection after some time.
Cause may be the corrupt hardware, bad network driver (try DKMS), or bad kernel version (try other and beware upgrades).

I have got this Lenovo cable:

It is important this has 26 pin plug which can move or remove pins. (There are flat cable with fixed plug too.)
You have to make one 1mm hole because Mesa has all pins, but Lenovo motherboard's socket only 25.
When you remove bracket, the second plug fit BOB without problems.
Why removable pins are important?
1. You must move GND pins if you need 5V power from mesa socket.
2. The PC817 optocouplers on BOB have very low bandwith.
If you will to use 7i92_5ABOB_Enc.bit and configure encoders=1 in hal file, this fits PC817 optocouplers on BOB.
I removed three pins from cable plug and move them to second mesa socket and use them as limits connected to BOB.
I have E6B2CWZ6C 2500 p/r encoder working well with 5V power.
If you make encoder's cable ends with goldpin plugs (no matter how) you can fit them to Lenovo cable 26 pin plug.
Unfortunatelly I can't make photo, because I'm now in other place than my lathe.
The encoder works well with 2000 RPM. With PC817 optocouplers it will be only 200 rpm or less, I suppose.
Note, that E6B2CWZ6C manufacturer promised 100 kHz bandwith.
If your spindle can spin more, you may have to use less resolution encoder.
