Try inverting the step signals.

The also stutters shortly when booting up. I can use it under Windows with Winpc-nc so the mill is running.

They are alive . At last i get them to run under stepconf when testing an axis.
Problem now is that after stepconf running emc the motors wont work. Getting latency error Messages. I think this is smi related.
Why i can test the Axis in stepconf and under emc2 they wont work?

This is typically because the stepconf test doesn't do anything with the amp-enable signals. If the finished configuration does, but the sense of the enable pin is wrong, then amp-enable might be amp-disable.Why i can test the Axis in stepconf and under emc2 they wont work?

Well......you did it. Its working now except the smi related issue.
I have to configure now the spindles..need to get rid of the latency issue.
Thanks alot...without your help i wouldnt have made it this far.
