Looks OK to me. Yes, you need M2 in files used as named subroutines.

hi i cannot seem to get emc to find my sub routines i have made a folder in the machines config folder and have added the line
SUBROUTINE_PATH = /home/profiler/linuxcnc/configs/ESAB_ULTRAREX_UXD-P_2000/subroutines
to my ini file before the program prefix line i just get unable to open file
any clues?

Did you add that in the [RS274NGC] Section of your ini file? Note that typos are ignored in the ini file...

No I'll move that line to there
Is there anybody around the Sheffield england area willing to give some Paid help
I need to get this finished and running as we've lost some jobs now due to it being out of action just tuning and checking of calibration, and generally working the kinks out

You might also ask on the mailing list. One chap on the IRC is about 60 miles south of you.

a little tweak of FF1 to center the ferror
during cruise is probably in order
(average looks about 1/4 of a division low during cruise)
After that, looks like some 'I' would pull in the slow ramps
of ferror during accel and deccel
(and get rid of the static ferror at the beginning)
