I edited this as I resolved my own questions...
Well it's been a few years and I have managed to machine a fair few projects. I have gradually increased my skill level but I know am at a point I need to do tool changes.
I have done it... I got a Automatic Tool Sensor from Aliexpress and I managed to setup the whole thing and works like a charm.
