EMC2 Crash on start up with Joint 0 error

Yes my enccoder works in proper direction. My EMC turn on. need to fine to with HaloScope function, dont know what to look for and how to setup. also need to install other switches. thanks

In the Axis window, click on "Machine", in that menu select "Halscope".
Then, read this wiki article :

It refers to the Pico Systems PWM system, but practically everything also applies to the PPMC system.
