Can anyone recommend a new motherboard with good latency numbers? I will like to buy one which is not being phased our like the recommended Intel Atom BOXD525MW, which is not longer available at Newegg.

Seems like a pretty close clone of the Intel D525MW and latency test results are similar

One annoying feature is this unit has a fan on it. The D525's we've set up sure didn't
need a fan, perhaps you can take it off and just leave the heat sink exposed.
Otherwise, if it uses the Intel D525 chip set, it should perform much like Intel's
own board.

This one looks like a good candidate:
www.mini-itx.com/store/?c=47#jnc96-525

Atom D525,NM10 chipset (so just like the D525MW), full size PCI slot and parallel port. It also has the advantage of 12V DC input, rather than needing a PSU.

However, I have _no_ idea what the latency is like.

The one underneath offers long-term avaialability and a thinner package. Again, I have _no_ idea about latency.

Hi,

I need that help me please.

I need a motherboard too but I need one that is full tested with linuxCNC, I use 5i25 and 6i25 mesa card and the motherboard should be compatible with both. The max speed of my motors is 1200rpm to 10000step/rev. I need too a monitor of 13in or 11in and a robust touchscreen for this monitor obvious complatible with linuxcnc 5.1. I need too all the extras for run this motherboard (ram memory, hard disk or ssd, power supplies, cables, etc). I have seen D525 but I dont know if this is correct for me.

I am using a 7i78 expansion card but it have few extra inputs and outputs of general purpous. Can you recommend me other expansion card compatible with PncConf and 5i25? Thanks

I don't think that there are many motherboards that have both PCI and PCI-E slots. (The 5i25 needs a PCI slot, the 6i25 is PCI-E.. Otherwise they are identical) Using both cards is likely to be difficult.
However, there should be no need to use both. A single 5i25 or a single 6i25 can easily handle 2x(7i76 / 7i77 / 7i78) and each of those cards has an adapter port for a 48-IO card such as the 7i70 / 7i74 or similar.
Alternatively the extra port on the 5i25 / 6i25 can be connected to 8 x 7i70 / 7i76 etc. through the 7i74 adapter. That's surely more IO than you need?

With this can you help with the motherboard and the extras (memory, monitor, touch, etc)? Please.

If you can find an Intel BOXD525MW then that will work perfectly with that combination.
Memory, any you can find.

Touchscreen, I am not sure. I just bought one from eBay.
Make sure it has VGA and USB though. Not LVDS, for example.

OK

Will they ship single units?
Are you planning to mount it in a cabinet? If you are then an open-frame / industrial might be better.
800x600 isn't many pixels. Try running a simulator in that resolution before you commit.

this ssd: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/150593568661

That might interfere with the CMOS battery or obstruct the front panel connector. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/KingSpec-8GB-SATA-DOM...e-Disk-/190703794464 might work better.
However, I have used exactly the one you linked with good results, and it ought to fit as long as you only want to use one SATA socket.

Now, What source Power supplies I need for all? Can you recommend me any power supplies?

If you have 12V power in the box, then these are very convenient and compact:
