I am using that driver on my machine and I did _not_ need to recompile the kernel.
I think you should just need to open the downloaded driver and run the setup script. (ie, go straight to section 3)

yes I have download the driver for linux from home.eeti.com.tw/web20/eGalaxTouchDriver/linuxDriver.htm and in the guide say that use make menuconfig for activate EVDEV UINPUT and HIDRAW and rebuild my kernel to make it effect

I recall it took some effort.
I had to make an Xorg.conf file, then fiddle about with the settings that the setup.sh script put in there.
Does the setup script run without errors?

But you shouldn't need the calibrator, I used the one provided by eeti and it worked fine.

Now it work
I have implemented the link without install the driver of eeti. Now can I install the driver? or exist any conflict. How I can calibrate the touch? support it right click?

This is a Linux question, really, not a LinuxCNC question.
You might find answers with Google.
I was going to give you my Xorg.conf file, but rather surprisingly I don't have one (and I do have a working touchscreen), using the eGalaxtouch32 drivers.
I also don't seem to have any of the suggested entries in my blacklists, so I don't know what I did to make the touchscreen work (shrug)
Have you tried sudo sh setup.sh as eeti suggest?

But that is a different type (ELO , not EETI) so that might make things worse.
