As long as it is compatible with Linux then it will work with LinuxCNC.

Ok. The touchscreen is full compatible with linux :)

The vendor say me that d525mw is a product discontinued but that they can offerted me the motherboard d525mwve that is the same only with support to LVDS interface monitor.

You need to patch the kernel for the touchscreen? That seems rather excessive.

yes I have download the driver for linux from home.eeti.com.tw/web20/eGalaxTouchDriver/linuxDriver.htm and in the guide say that use make menuconfig for activate EVDEV UINPUT and HIDRAW and rebuild my kernel to make it effect
