most of the time EMC2 errors on "M" codes that are unrecognizable

Any idea what the M-codes are meant to be doing? Perhaps you could add them?

I have a post working with Bobcad ver 25. It should work on ver 24 also.
These post files can be edited with a text editor.

You can modify the post processor manually with an editor. Search for your M code and put it away if necessary. Maybe you have to try out several changes. At BobCad V23 there was a post builder included, but at V24 and V25 not. I'am fighting with BobCad since release V19 and maybe I will change actually from V24 to V25. I use a modified EMC post on my 4 axis milling centre.
