It is the max jitters you need to look at. Your results are bad.
Take a look at the earlier post to this topic for latency and how to troubleshoot and correct it.

Your first post stated you were using 10.04, have you tried 8.04 also? If not you can run the latency test right from the 8.04 CD without installing.

Thanks Rick. Everything is working fine except that first message i get when I start the program. Just turning wood dowel rods for now cause wood is cheap. I've tried re-setting some of the bios setting but that was no good either. I'm getting gCode pretty fast, Now I'm looking into getting a stand alone controller or a new computer. The parts I'm making aren't that sophisticated I would just like precision every time.
