As he says, that is why that command did not work.
You seem to be having a lot of problems which could be solved by simply cutting and pasting.
Highlight the command on the web page or document and Ctrl C, then go to the command line and Shift Insert
The instructions just need following, just remember to do apt-get update after adding the new repo or its contents will not be found
regards

Here is the strange thing; I am cutting and pasting.
I don't have enough faith in my typing/syntax skills to do this any other way.
I assumed the space after the “add command" would be a spaces at the end of the following command line “System-->Administration-->Software Sources-->Third-party software-->Add “, if I have understood your directions correctly, I tried this and got the same results as before.
Am I misinterpreting your help?
I agree, this should be as simple as follow the directions, do a little cut & paste, and you're done.
It's just that I apparently can't do something as straight forward as that.
Talk about feeling like an idiot!
Where am I going wrong here?

In your previous screenshot there was no space between add & /
sudo apt-key add /tmp/webersys-key.gpg
sudo apt-key add /tmp/webersys-key.gpg
